We founded Kamali'i Sweets with one goal in mind: creating the best possible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. Check out our store policies, which are detailed below. Our Shipping Policy
All You Need to Know
Shipping is limited to a few products: gummy candies, chex mix, and cookies. The other products are best eaten fresh, so I do not ship any other products that are not listed above.
Delivery Policy
Delivery's on the windward side of Oahu will be a $5 and you will need to select that option in the checkout section. If you are not location the windward side a fee will be calculated when arrangements are made. I do have an option for shipping, please see above for more details. If those options do not work for you, other arrangemnts can be made ahead of time.
Returns and Refunds
Our Policy Info
All sales are final. Since these products are made to order and are made fresh, I do not accept them back. If for any reason they are not to your liking I will do my best to make you.a new batch to your satisfaction.
