Do you make these items as party favors?
If you would like to request a bulk order please fill out my contact form so I can better assist you. I do offer these items as party favors but I will charge extra if I need to purchase the containers they are going into as well as the labor for placing them into the desired containers. Bulk orders will need to be made 3 weeks in advance.
Why do you charge a fee for delivery?
If you do not want to be charged the delivery fee, we can make other arrangements. The fee will go towards the gas I used to meet up with you.
I am allergic to one of the ingredients, can I substitute it for something else?
If you are allergic to one of the ingredients please let me know ASAP. I will do my best to ensure that there is no cross contamination. As for substitution, I do not substitute any ingredients if they are taken out. you can pay extra for the ingredient you would like to add.
What are your product guidelines?
There is a description for each product when you view the items in the shop. Certain items will have a minimum order requirement before you can purchase. The reason is to not have left overs on my end. All orders are made fresh, I try to fill as much product into the desired containers as best as I can. Can I place a special order?
You are more than welcome to place a special order, however please note that special orders will need to be arranged in advance. If you do not see the product in stock, I am most likely out of the product and will restock when I can. Please take a look at the product descriptions because they will help you determine what can be customized. If you have any further question, please visit my contact section.
How long does shipping take?
Depending what shipping rate you chose, it can take about 3-5 business days for expedited and 7-10 business days for regular. If you have any questions about shipping or delivery please visit the store policy section.
What is your turn around time?
Most orders take up to 2-5 days to make depending on if I have the ingredients already and the size of the batch. This is just a side business to the rest of my life so please be patient with me if I take more time then stated. If you need me to answer any of your question feel free to contact me.
Do you come out with new products?
Yes I do, however I like to perfect my dishes before introducing them to my company. I love to make desserts that are popular and that I love to eat. You will see some special items pop up every now and then and sometimes it will be for special events but if you have any suggestions please let me know
Do you deliver?
There is a delivery fee of $5 if I need to drop off your order on the windward side of Oahu. If the location is further than that, please make arrangements to me prior to payment. If the items can't be shipped to you, there are alternative ways of receiving your order, please let me know if we need to make arrangements.
